Greetings Graduate Students!

I am very honored to be the graduate liaison for AEJMC’s Mass Communication Division. There are so many exciting events happening in AEJMC this school year. The annual conference is scheduled for August 9-12 in Washington, DC. Calls for papers are posted now, with the deadline of April 1, 2007.
Other items to note are two dissertation awards: the Nafziger-White Dissertation Award and the Margaret A. Blanchard Doctoral Dissertation Prize. For more information on these two awards, please visit the AEJMC Calls Site.

I urge each of you to submit papers to the Annual conference. The conference allows you to present your research, as well as learn about other’s insights in the Mass Communication field.
